When we talked to the loss manager, we were told that they take no responsibility and that the curtesy driver stated that he had never told us that. We were not allowed to move until security came out and all they did was give us some cards for tow trucks and mobile rv repair places. When the curtesy driver came back after I had walked to the office, he told us that he would have had them switch sites if he had known before they issued a number since this site was such a tight fit.
This pole is black when viewing through the mirrors and did some damage. It was dark and the next thing we knew, we heard a crunch and out motorhome was hooked on the pole marking the site. The site we were given was right after the refuge area and that blocked us from turning wider to go in so we were over the grass area in order to get into the site. The curtesy driver took us to the site, drove through and left before we had even started to pull into it. I did let them know when we checked in that we had a 43 ft motorhome and were towing a Bronco. However, we stayed there on the way to Eugene 11/22/23 and were given site 76. We have a 43 ft diesel pusher and most of their sites are easy in and out. We usually love this RV Resort and have stayed here many times.
